Massage can be a part of physical therapy or practiced on its own. Using a variety of massage techniques such as trigger point therapy, soft and deep tissue massage, manipulations, stretches and exercise prescription to the clients when is recommended.
Aim to relief from tension, stress, soreness, muscular imbalances, to improve functioning and range of motion, relieve pain, induce relaxation and promote healing and wellbeing throughout the body
-Remedial massage: helps to enhance the recovery from muscular pain and soreness
-Relaxation massage: helps to reduce stress, anxiety and heal your body when it is needed
